We're confident your Site Lab beauty template will help you book more clients and grow your business. That's why we offer a 90-Day Revenue Guarantee.

How It Works

You have 90 days from purchase to:

Launch your website

Implement the strategies we provide

Make money from your site

If you've followed our setup process and haven't made money from your website within 90 days, we'll refund your purchase.


Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Revenue Guarantee, you must demonstrate that you:

1. Completed the Setup Process

Installed and customized your template

Added your services, pricing, and contact information

Made your website publicly accessible

Followed the onboarding email sequence guidance

2. Made a Genuine Effort

Updated your site with your own photos and content (not just placeholder images)

Shared your website link publicly (social media, email list, bio links, etc.)

Attempted to drive traffic to your site through organic methods or paid methods

3. Haven't Generated Revenue

Have not received any bookings, inquiries, or sales through your website within 90 days

Can provide reasonable evidence of the above upon request

Website Template Purchase

Full refund available within 90 days if eligibility requirements are met

Applies to the core template purchase price

Branding Starter Kit

Refundable within 90 days as part of the template purchase

Once branding work has been delivered and you've approved it, this represents completed custom work and custom work is NOT covered by this refund policy.

Site Upgrade Bundle & Pages Only Mini Pack

Refundable within 90 days if pages have been delivered but site hasn't generated revenue

Once custom copy and pages are delivered, this represents completed custom work and custom work is NOT covered by this refund policy.

Faster Hosting & Care Plan

Refundable on a prorated basis for unused months within the 90-day window

If you've used priority support or required security intervention, refund may be adjusted accordingly

Automations Package

Refundable within 90 days if automations have been set up but site hasn't generated revenue

Once custom automation workflows are built and delivered, this represents completed custom work and custom work is NOT covered by this refund policy.


What's NOT Covered

Refunds will not be granted if:

You Haven't Launched

Your template is purchased but never set up or made live

Your site exists but has never been shared publicly or promoted

You haven't completed the basic setup steps outlined in our onboarding

You Generated Revenue

You received any paid bookings through your website

You received qualified inquiries that led to bookings (even if booked offline)

Your site contributed to revenue in any measurable way

Any custom work is NOT covered by this refund policy.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

You changed your business model or niche after purchase

You decided to close your business

You didn't like the "look" but never attempted to customize it

Personal circumstances prevented you from launching (we're empathetic, but can't refund for situations outside our control)

Abuse of Policy

You request multiple refunds across different purchases

Evidence suggests you used our templates/content and then requested a refund

You cannot demonstrate genuine effort as outlined above


How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy:

Include the following: Your purchase date and order number Your website URL Brief explanation of what you tried (where you promoted your site, how you drove traffic) Evidence that you haven't generated revenue (optional but helpful: screenshots, analytics, etc.)

We'll review within 3 business days

We'll ask clarifying questions if needed, and we reserve the right to request reasonable proof of your efforts and revenue status.


Refund Processing

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Funds are returned via your original payment method

Processing time with your bank/card provider may vary (typically 5-10 business days)

What Happens After Refund

Your access to the Customer Care Center will be revoked

Your site will be deactivated

Any custom work (branding, pages, automations) remains our intellectual property

You agree not to reuse any custom copy, designs, or workflows we created for you


Custom Work & Partial Refunds

Because some of our services involve custom work done specifically for you (branding, copywriting, automations), we handle these carefully:

If custom work was delivered and approved: That portion is not be refundable, as it represents time and expertise invested in your specific business

If custom work was never delivered or you never launched: Full refund applies

Partial refunds: May be offered at our discretion based on what was delivered and used

We'll always communicate clearly about what portions are refundable based on your specific situation.
